BTS_Tests: Prepare for ConnHdlr with PCU socket access For upcoming dynamic PDCH activation/deactivation tests we would like to access the PCU socket from ConnHdlr, rather than test_CT. Let's prepare for that. Change-Id: Ib8811dd87f737f326f7ed8f652aa6f552c3f05f8
