Reply to wildcard ep in CRCX with a concrete endpoint BSC_ConnectionHandler.ttcn:563 This helps TC_gsup_cancel which previously encountered a Dynamic test case error: Using the value of an optional field containing omit. The test still fails, but this time because it "Received unexpected BSSAP instead of CM SERV REJ". Change-Id: I9fedf2573487066b951804a328ba428d2189c4a4
