bsc-VAMOS: add cfg files to run BSC_Tests_VAMOS locally
A local tccn3 test run for VAMOS looks like:

osmo-stp
osmo-bsc -c osmo-bsc-vamos.cfg
make compile
make -j 5
../start-testsuite.sh BSC_Tests BSC_Tests_VAMOS.cfg
