Revert "bsc: Add Lb interface support" This reverts commit c47fdb2e52c98f81a3b708dcaeaf131096fe912c - as osmo-bsc currently doesn't yet have a Lb interface, we shouldn't try to test it yet. Change-Id: I7898dd336cbef27553d97857ac22f1a539da1380
