bsc: fix TC_reassignment_fr for SCCPlite test suite In SCCPlite, there is only one DLCX. Turns out the DLCX doesn't have to be part of the interlave, just call f_expect_dlcx_conns() which takes care of AoIP vs SCCPlite expectations.
