BSC_Tests: also match band indicator in SI6 Rest Octets Due to a bug in the current osmo-bsc master, osmo-bsc inverts the band indicator bit in SI6 Rest Octets. This change extends testing coverage to demonstrate the problem (see TC_si_default).
