BSC_Tests/hopping: turn FHParamsTrx into a record, add ARFCN field This record must contain not only the hopping parameters, but also ARFCN of the transceiver they belong to. Since ARFCN of the transceiver also becomes part of the Mobile Allocation, we need to take it into account in the matching functions.
