GTP_Templates: Add RIM_RoutingAddress to RANInfoRelay templates The RIM_RoutingAddress tells a relaying RIM node (SGSN, MME) where to route a RIM RANTransparentContainer. The RANTransparentContainer also contains source and detination, but is not meant to be interpreted by a relaying node. That is why a RIM_RoutingAddress exists.
