sigproc: Remove normal burst DFE equalizer DFE equalizer is unused and has been experiencing code rot for multiple years. The effect is a significant amount of baggage being carried in the Transceiver and interfaces. Signed-off-by: Tom Tsou <tom.tsou@ettus.com>
