gbproxy/test: Add test case for tlli_info persistence This test case consists of a sequence of several attach and detach procedures. The kind of detach varies (mobile originated, mobile terminated re-attach required, mobile terminated re-attach not required, routing area update reject). To main focus is to check that the tlli_info is de-registered correctly (not accessible via the TLLI) and that can be re-used afterwards (which is not implemented yet). Sponsored-by: On-Waves ehf
