edge: Support EGPRS in IMM ASSIGNMENT Tell the MS to use EGPRS if EGPRS is enabled on the TBF. Note that only downlink TBF will be supported so far. Thus single-phase uplink assignments may not work properly. Sponsored-by: On-Waves ehf
