tbf: Use update_ms instead of confirm_tlli in handle() The confirm_tlli method does not handle TLLI clashes in the MS storage. This commit changes gprs_rlcmac_dl_tbf::handle() to use update_ms instead. Sponsored-by: On-Waves ehf
