fix compiler warnings about format string for size_t
with gcc-5.3 on x86_64 I get the following compliler warnings:
warning: format ‘%d’ expects argument of type ‘int’, but argument 7 has
type ‘size_t {aka long unsigned int}
This patch resolves them
