tbf: Remove call to update() in reuse_tbf Since both TBF are based on the same reservation which means that they should be compatible with respect to the slot usage, and since the new TBF has not been forced to single slot usage, an update of the allocation is not necessary now. This commit removes the call to update() from within reuse_tbf(). Sponsored-by: On-Waves ehf
