Revert "gsm_04_11: Speculative fix for MT SMS and SAPI 'n Reject" Let's revert it and see if we can find the real issue about the sms being invalid. Sylvain has pointed out that we get invoked from a timer and might not have stopped it properly. This reverts commit 80ba9b5dd62cc8bfd10dae2f3b63420ef1e8452d.
