[gprs] LLC: Echo back the XID parameters that the MS requested In order to finish PDP context activation and start the transfer of SNDCP N-PDUs, we simply confirm to the MS whatever XID parameters it requests. This of course has to be implemented with a proper XID handshake at some other point.
