Dynamic PDC: Add VTY comand 'bts N trx M timeslot O pdch [de]activate' On a nanoBTS, this command can be used to manually switch a given 'dynamic pdch/tch' timeslot from one mode into the other. There are no safeguards that the timeslot is not in use at the given time.
