sgsn/test: Refactor subscriber test The code sequence that checks, whether a subscriber is still reachable for a given IMSI, is repeated several times. This patch puts this code sequence into a single function and adds a check for the IMSI after the entry has been found. In addition, some comments are extended. Sponsored-by: On-Waves ehf
