log: output message content also on retransmissions When a duplicate command is sent, the MGCP-GW will interpret this as a retramsmission and will send the response of the already executed command again. This response is not printed in the log. Make sure that also responses, which are retrsnamitted are displayed in the log Change-Id: Ic41c2defb521e2f81762d932f8e29f7c8fed06a9
