intraenb-intrafreq-ho.conf: add eNB to cell config make sure to have the right eNB that matches the cells neighbor ECIDs, otherwise the eNB may trigger a S1 HO if the eNB ID is set elsewhere Change-Id: Id494ac1984846e78a6456bb6a17e72d63c9dacf5
