[abis_rsl] Set lchan->tch_mode properly when responding to CHAN_RQD This fixes the 'only first call works' problem that some of us were having with the nanoBTS. (the field just happenned to be 0 == GSM48_CMODE_SIGN after startup) Signed-off-by: Sylvain Munaut <tnt@246tNt.com>
