Import libtalloc-2.1.14 into the tree talloc is a hirearchical memory allocator which Osmocom uses a lot for its userspace programs on Linux. Experiments show that it's actually very much possible to use it inside of microcontroller firmware projects, particularly the small subset which we generally use.
