lchan: Allow transition from BORKEN state to WAIT_RF_RELEASE_ACK In the lchan_fsm_borken() we request to change the state to LCHAN_ST_WAIT_RF_RELEASE_ACK in response to a late LCHAN_EV_RSL_CHAN_ACTIV_ACK event but this transition is prohibited by the FSM definition, so the channels stay in the BORKEN state forever. :( Change-Id: I17a9b935a116eb842fd0239ef53d73bef35e6511
